National Coffee Day is September 29th, and with it sweater season has returned to the ATL Airport District!  As every Southerner knows, this magical time is both beautiful and brief, sometimes not even lasting an entire 24 hours...but we still need our caffeine fix all year long. So whether you’re looking for a hot drip coffee to start the chilly morning or an elaborate iced concoction to beat the afternoon heat, the District’s local cafés craft plenty of different sips that you won’t want to miss - we even know a place for the perfect nightcap. Here's our list of the hottest spots to enjoy your favorite drink!

Café Belli

📍 673 N Central Ave, Atlanta, GA 30354

This charming European-style craft coffeehouse and bakery has mastered the day-to-night transformation, so you can meet up in the morning with colleagues, catch a late afternoon happy hour with friends, or stay even later for date night. With a new menu AM to PM, Café Belli becomes an elevated after-hours bar just steps away from multiple restaurants in downtown Hapeville. Café Belli serves up tasty beverages and über-festive décor for a picture-perfect beginning, ending, or entire glorious day in the District.

Coffee Man

📍 601 N Central Ave, Atlanta, GA, 30354

Quirky, locally-owned Hapeville coffee shop, Coffee Man, is proud of its ethically roasted beans and inventive brews. Their experimental concoctions and house made syrups aren't the only things that will keep you coming back for more. The friendly baristas help create a cool community vibe that embodies their "coffee for all" mentality.

C’est La Vie Café

📍 3727 Main St, College Park, GA 30337

Hidden gem C’est La Vie Café, once everyone’s favorite mobile beverage experience, now offers handcrafted cocktails and specialty coffee in its own brick-and-mortar spot off Main Street in College Park. You deserve a little treat, so stop by this woman-owned shop for a cute coffee and a delicious pastry or light lunch.

Drip-Thru

📍 1515 Virginia Ave, College Park, GA 30337

College Park’s first-rate drive-through coffee shop brews high quality organic coffee supplied by Café Campesino. This double-sided, dog-friendly tiny coffeeshop has a cute patio and garden adjacent, in case you decide to stay and savor the moment rather than have your coffee on-the-go.

Folk Art

📍 637 N Central Ave, Atlanta, GA 30354

Name a more iconic duo than coffee and donuts. Folk Art is more than a coffeeshop - this breakfast, lunch, and brunch restaurant in Hapeville is open daily until 9PM and serves up delicious homemade sweet potato donuts that are just begging to be dipped into a hot cuppa joe. If you prefer your coffee unsweetened, Folk Art has plenty of other savory dishes on the menu that complement a bean-y beverage.

JPresso

📍 407 N Central Ave Ste B, Hapeville, GA 30324

Kick off your morning (or afternoon) with delectable java from JPresso, a cozy spot in Hapeville, whose proprietor aims to feed you just like your mama would. The eclectic decor and community tables are enough to make anyone feel right at home, making this the perfect spot to meet up with friends, or make some new ones.
