Travel Tips

You can get anywhere from here.

Easy to access by air, rail, or road, the ATL Airport District keeps you close to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world’s most efficient airport; the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC); and all the world-class attractions, one-of-a-kind venues, and award-winning restaurants of Atlanta, while still maintaining the peaceful and friendly nature of the suburbs.

CONVENIENT FROM ANYWHERE. CONNECTED TO EVERYWHERE

By virtue of being located in northwest Georgia, this area is convenient to interstates I-85, I-285, I-75, and I-20. But cars aren’t a requirement here. Atlanta’s combined bus and rail mass transit system, nicknamed MARTA, gives you a fast and affordable way to get from the airport to Atlanta’s business and entertainment district, Midtown, Buckhead, and Perimeter Center.

About the ATL SkyTrain

From the domestic Baggage Claim area of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, at any time of the day or night, you can hop on a train bound for the Gateway Center and the Rental Car Center (RCC)—absolutely free of charge.
