Fairburn Fall Festival & Parade

The annual Fairburn Fall Festival & Parade is expected to attract 17k visitors this year! Included in the festivities will be plenty of food and beverage vendors, local non-profits, and organizations ready to be a part of an engaging community experience. The impressive parade will kick off at 9AM with bands, cars, and artists, with the rest of the fest resuming at 11AM with live performances, rides, and all the fun you can handle. Breast Cancer Awareness Walk

The City of Fairburn Parks and Rec Department invites you to join their annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk. This event honors our survivors, the memories of loved ones that have been lost to breast cancer, and supports those currently in the fight. This one-mile walk begins at the Fairburn Rec Center with a group warm-up and reminds us that with community effort and unity, no one is in this alone.
Georgia Renaissance Festival Fall Fling

On Friday, September 18, "Alumni Night," hometown favorites Spectrum performs at 7PM, with Hot Candy taking the stage around 8:30PM to close out the night. Saturday night is "Nostalgia Night" featuring plenty of throwback vibes and classic hits. The Rec Band will open the show at 7PM before headliner Erica Dawson Exclusive hits all the right notes at 8:30PM. Hapeville Fall Gallery Crawl

Downtown Live: Chili Cook-Off

18th Annual Atlanta Quilt Festival

The Atlanta Quilt festival at the Southwest Arts Center is for professional quilters and beginners alike. The organization is dedicated to preserving and promoting African American quilting and other textile art. At the heart of the festival is a juried exhibit that showcases over 100 quilts.
20th Metro Atlanta Cycling Club: One Love Century

This epic weekend is one of the best charity rides in Metro Atlanta and has become the largest in the Southeast. More than 10 youth organizations have benefitted from the proceeds of this fundraiser, which includes 27, 44, 62, and 101-mile routes with plenty of rest stops, mechanics, food and beverages to keep you going along the way, and a huge party at the finish line.
