Kristin Schneider, Vice President of Sales and Services 
Kristin has been part of the CVB team since 2015, bringing with her extensive hospitality and sales experience, including time at the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC) – the District’s venue for major conferences. As Vice President of Sales & Destination Services, she oversees all sales operations, leading the team with a commitment to exceptional service and showcasing what sets the District apart: unbeatable connectivity, exceptional off-site activations, and experienced hospitality partners who are ready to provide elevated customer-service, ensuring a fabulous event from start to finish.
Fun Fact: Kristin’s leadership skills extend far beyond the boardroom—she’s also coached collegiate athletics at both Vanderbilt and Xavier University.
Todd Neal, Senior Sales Manager
Todd has played a key role in growing the District’s meetings and conventions business. His background as a tour manager in the entertainment industry gives him a unique edge in relationship building and understanding client needs. Todd now leads efforts in the S.M.E.R.F. market – serving social, military, educational, religious, and fraternal groups – with personalized attention and strategic insight.
Fun Fact: When he’s not working with planners, you’ll find Todd playing the drums or cheering on his team, the Kansas City Chiefs.
Helen Scroggs, Sales Manager 
Helen joined the CVB in 2025 with more than 20 years of developing relationships and crafting high-quality customer experiences, resulting in elevated sales for local venues and vendors in the communities and organizations she’s represented, including a tenure with the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau. She’s known for her genuine enthusiasm, which helps her position the District as a go-to destination for meetings and events thanks to its accessibility, vibrant culture and hospitality-first approach. Helen is passionate about driving tourism dollars, increasing hospitality and tourisms economic impact within the District.
Fun Fact: A native of Wales, Helen has embraced the Southern lifestyle—but still calls cookies “biscuits,” so double-check before taking her recommendation on the best biscuits in town!
Rylee Govoreau, Destination Services Manager
Rylee began her journey with the CVB as a Sales Manager and later transitioned into her current role, where she aligns client needs with local resources to ensure flawless execution. From logistics support to off-site activity recommendations, Rylee makes sure every detail enhances the attendee experience. Her strong relationships with both planners and partners make her a valuable asset at every stage of the planning process.
Fun Fact: Rylee is a rising star in the industry. She was recently named a Destinations International 30 Under 30 honoree and earned her Leadership Excellence Certification through the Georgia Association for Convention and Visitors Bureau.
