Letter to the community
Here in the ATL Airport District, our priority has always been and will continue to be our community residents and visitors. We are committed to taking care of and promoting local businesses any way that we can, especially in these unprecedented times. As the uncertainty around COVID-19 continues, we are offering our support to all of the wonderful local restaurants, hotels, attractions and businesses that make up the District.
For those of you in or near the District, we have compiled a list of those establishments to reflect their current operating information. Please check back daily, as we are updating the list as new information is received. We also have resources listed for our small businesses that may prove valuable during this time. We maintain close communication with our partner Cities and are keeping that information updated as it evolves.
We encourage you to consider ordering takeout or purchasing gift cards for later use from local restaurants. When ordering pick-up or delivery, be sure to tip your server or driver, as this is their livelihood and is needed now more than ever. We urge you to practice safe and responsible health practices and travel during this time. Please refer to the CDC, World Health Organization, and Georgia Dept. of Public Health for more information.
And for those of you who may be visiting the District in the future or had a change in travel plans, we extend a warm invitation for you to come see us soon and help our local businesses thrive.
Our hearts are with our community, our visitors, our hospitality partners and all of those who have been affected by this. The ATL Airport District is strong and resilient, and we will all get through this together.
