Wellness Spot Event

For example, during the 2024 Child Development Schools Leadership Conference held at the Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway Hotel, our team worked closely with meeting planner Jenny Cope to round out an experience-rich itinerary. Through our recommendation, she arranged a rejuvenating retreat at The Wellness Spot, where a select group of employees were treated to pampering spa services followed by an intimate reception.

When the planners of the 2024 Paytech Women's Conference needed a convenient venue to accommodate a large off-site dinner, Rylee assisted with coordinating an incredible experience at the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC). Attendees were able to stroll over from their host hotel on the Gateway Center Campus hotel to enjoy the renowned on-site catering by Proof @ GICC.

For the PayTech Women’s Conference, we customized our easy-to-share digital one-sheet with their logo, highlighted women-owned businesses, and featured a welcome video from College Park Mayor Bianca Motley-Broom.

When United Futsal hosted its East Coast Conference Tournament at the GICC, our team created a video ad to drive local spectator attendance.

 

We created a custom landing page featuring local gym and health food information for athletes visiting the area for the USA Collegiate Powerlifting Nationals and produced a destination hype video to draw athletes from across the country to register for the competition.
