The ATL Airport District proves why it’s one of the Southeast’s premier destinations for meetings and conferences. When the Georgia Association of Convention & Visitors Bureaus (GACVB) brought its annual conference here, every detail, from dynamic venues to curated experiences, underscored what thoughtful planning and the right destination can achieve. Over four days of learning, networking, and celebration, attendees saw firsthand how the District elevates the conference experience.

The conference began with an intimate dinner for GACVB’s board of directors inside the Porsche Experience Center Atlanta. As the group watched the Porsche cars take on the test track at full speed, they were revved up to brainstorm the best way to activate their membership and enhance the overall offerings of GACVB.

Throughout the afternoon, attendees selected from three breakout sessions designed to sharpen their skills and spark new ideas. Topics ranged from leveraging the film industry and driving visitor growth to refining leadership strategies.

The day concluded with an off-site experience at Town at Trilith, where attendees participated in a dine-around featuring more than 10 restaurants. The evening offered a chance to explore the vibrant development surrounding Trilith Studios while enjoying a variety of culinary experiences
