Recent Updates: Rideshare operations

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport has designated a specific area for pickup and drop-off by rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc.) near domestic ticketing and baggage claim, separate from the main park and ride area.

When meeting a rideshare driver at the Domestic Terminal, head to the North Lower level. Rideshare is adjacent to the North Economy parking deck. You’ll find bright orange directional signage throughout the Domestic Terminal to help guide you to this new area, or you can ask any of the airport’s customer service agents in green coats.

Hotel Shuttle Service

Hotel shuttle service is available in the Ground Transportation Center/West Curb area. The West curb is located outside between the Domestic North and Domestic South Terminals and is accessible by using the W-1 or W-2 door. See link to directional map here.
